Privacy & data management
What Revinta stores, who processes it, and how to take it back or delete it.
This page describes how the software actually behaves today. It is not a reviewed legal document. Before selling to customers, the operator must add the items marked [OWNER TO COMPLETE] and have a qualified adviser confirm it satisfies the laws that apply to their business and customers.
Who runs Revinta
Revinta is a product operated by Trigger Interactive, which is also the seller of record on Whop. Trigger Interactive is the legal entity that determines why and how your data is processed. [OWNER TO COMPLETE: registered company name, company number, registered address, and the contact address for data-protection enquiries.]
Whop is the marketplace through which Revinta Full Version is sold as a monthly subscription. Whop processes payments and is a separate controller for billing data. Revinta never sees or stores your card details.
What Revinta stores
Revinta stores the information you enter about your customers, so that you can follow up with them. The exact fields are yours to choose, but the software supports:
- Customer details — name, company, email address, phone number, the service they asked about, and any free-text note you write.
- Pipeline data — status, estimated opportunity value, recorded value when closed-won, follow-up dates, the number of follow-ups you have recorded, and whether you marked the lead as do-not-contact.
- Activity history — an audit trail of changes to each lead, used by the per-lead activity timeline.
- Account data — your Whop user identifier, email address and display name, taken from Whop at sign-in, plus your business settings (business name, category, time zone, currency, working days and hours, follow-up rules and reminder preferences).
- Usage records — billing-tier checks and rate-limit counters, retained for a short period for security and abuse prevention.
Please do not enter medical, financial, government ID or other sensitive personal data into Revinta's note or service fields. Revinta is a lead-follow-up tool, not a records system, and it is not designed for special-category data.
What Revinta does not collect
- Revinta does not read, scrape or import your Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook or Gmail conversations. There is no such integration.
- Revinta does not track customer browsing behaviour and does not build advertising profiles.
- Revinta does not automatically send emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages to your customers. You send those yourself.
Who processes your data
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare (Workers, D1, Turnstile) | Hosting the application, storing your workspace data, and protecting public forms from automated abuse. | Your workspace records and submissions. Turnstile sees only the request data needed to run the challenge. |
| Whop | Authentication and subscription billing. | Your Whop account identifier, email and name; separately, your payment records, which Revinta never receives. |
| Resend (only if you enable reminders) | Delivering the optional daily reminder email to you, the business owner. | Your account email address and a count of due leads. Never your customers' contact details. |
| Google Fonts | Serving the Poppins typeface. | Your IP address and browser user-agent, as with any font CDN. |
If you do not enable email reminders, Resend is never contacted. [OWNER TO COMPLETE: the countries these providers operate in, and the transfer mechanism used for any data leaving your region.]
Why your data is processed, and for how long
Revinta processes customer data on your behalf so the service can do what you asked it to do: show you who to follow up and let you record what happened. This is a processor relationship for your customers' data. Revinta acts as an independent controller for your own account data, for operating and securing the service.
Your workspace data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your Revinta data (see below) removes it immediately. Operational counters such as rate-limit and billing-check records are deleted automatically on a rolling basis.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: the retention period you intend to apply, and the lawful basis you rely on for your customers' data in your jurisdiction.]
Your responsibilities as a customer of Revinta
You are the controller of the personal data you enter about your own customers. You must have a lawful basis to collect and use it, you must tell your customers that you are doing so, and you must honour their requests. Revinta provides the tools — a consent flag and a do-not-contact flag on every lead — but it cannot make contact on your behalf, and it will not tell you who is entitled to what. If a customer asks you to stop contacting them, mark the lead do not contact; Revinta then removes it from the Intent Queue and refuses to record further follow-ups for it.
Security
- Sessions use signed, HTTP-only,
Secure,SameSitecookies, and the server stores only a hash of each session token — a stolen database cannot be replayed as a login. - All traffic is HTTPS, with HSTS and a Content-Security-Policy applied to every response.
- Every database query is parameterised; customer identifiers are always scoped to your own account.
- CSV exports neutralise spreadsheet formula injection, so a customer-supplied field cannot execute code when you open the export.
- Public enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limited.
No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to [OWNER TO COMPLETE: security contact address].
Exporting your data
Settings → Data & privacy → Download account backup (JSON) produces a single file containing your profile, your business settings and every lead with its full field set. You can also export leads as CSV from any screen.
Exports are generated on demand and are not stored by Revinta after you download them. Treat them as you would any customer list.
Deleting your data
Settings → Data & privacy → Delete my Revinta data permanently erases your account: your profile, every lead, all activity history, your templates, your capture forms and their submissions, your business settings and your saved sessions. This cannot be undone.
Deleting your Revinta data does not refund your purchase. Refunds are handled by Whop. If you want a refund, request it through your Whop account first; your data stays available to you until you delete it.
Children
Revinta is a business tool and is not directed at children. You must not enter information about anyone under the age of consent in your jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
