Support & account help
Quick answers to the problems we see most, and how to reach a human if you need one.

Getting help
Revinta is a product of Trigger Interactive, which is also the seller of record on Whop.
- Purchase, refunds and disputes: these are handled by Whop. Open your Whop account → Purchases, find Revinta, and use Whop's support or refund channel. Revinta cannot refund a purchase from inside the application.
- Everything else: contact the Revinta seller through the support channel on the Revinta product page in Whop, or email [OWNER TO COMPLETE: support address].
- Security reports: email [OWNER TO COMPLETE: security address]. Please do not post vulnerabilities publicly before we have had a chance to fix them.
When you report a problem, include the page you were on, roughly when it happened, the exact message you saw, and your Whop account email. Never send passwords, API keys, session cookies, customer databases or exported CSV files in a support ticket.
Common problems
I paid, but the app says I do not have Revinta Full
Revinta checks your subscription with Whop on the server every time you open the workspace, so a wrong answer means a real mismatch. If it still shows that you do not have an active subscription:
- Confirm you signed in with the same Whop account the subscription is on. Different accounts are the most common cause.
- Confirm the subscription shows as active in Whop and the most recent month has been paid.
- If you cancelled, check the end date — you keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and Revinta stops access the moment that date passes.
- Sign out and back in. Revinta refreshes the subscription check within about two minutes.
- If you see the amber banner saying the subscription status could not be checked, Revinta could not reach Whop at that moment. Your data is safe and nothing has changed — try again shortly.
What does it cost, and what happens if I cancel?
$5 per month, billed by Whop. Cancel any time from your Whop account — there is no notice period and no cancellation fee, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. There are no tiers: one price includes every feature.
My payment failed and I lost my extra leads
You did not lose anything. If a payment failed or a month was refunded, your existing leads stay and you can still sign in to read and export them. Nothing is deleted because of a payment event — a failed payment closes the workspace, it does not wipe it. Fix the payment method in Whop and access returns on the next successful charge. Contact support and we will help.
"Workspace capacity limit reached"
Your workspace is bounded by a documented technical ceiling of 50,000 leads, not by a payment tier. To add more, delete leads you no longer need - deleting a lead frees a slot immediately. For very large workspaces, contact support first.
My CSV import skipped some rows
Revinta reports imported, skipped and rejected counts separately. Rows are skipped when they duplicate an existing lead by email, by phone, or by name plus service — that is intentional. Rows are rejected when a required column is missing or a value is invalid; the message names the row. Imports are also stopped part-way through at the workspace capacity ceiling, and the result tells you which row hit it.
A lead disappeared from my Intent Queue
Check two things: the lead may be marked do not contact or its consent may be set to declined — Revinta removes those from the queue and refuses to record further follow-ups, by design. Otherwise a lead leaves the queue once its status is Booked, Won or Lost.
The Windows app will not open
The desktop launcher opens the Revinta website in a browser window. It needs Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome installed, and an internet connection. It does not need Node.js or any other runtime. If Windows shows a SmartScreen warning, that is because the installer is unsigned — choose More info → Run anyway, or simply use the website in your browser, which has identical functionality and the same account.
Recovered Revenue looks wrong
Recovered Revenue only counts a lead that is Won, had at least one follow-up you recorded, and that you explicitly confirmed contributed to the win. Won Revenue counts all Won leads regardless of attribution. Neither figure is independently verified — they are a record of what you reported.
My daily reminder email has not arrived
Reminders are sent at 8 AM in the time zone set in your business settings, and only if you have enabled them, the server has a verified email sender configured, and you have at least one lead due. If you change the time zone, the send time changes with it. Reminder delivery also depends on the email provider accepting and delivering the message — Revinta cannot force an inbox to accept it.
Can I use Revinta on my phone?
Yes. Open the same website in any modern mobile browser and sign in with your Whop account. You will see the same data. The desktop launcher is for Windows desktop only.
